Accessing Cineva implies your acceptance of these Terms. If you're not on board with our policies, please refrain from using the platform.

2. The Service

Cineva is a discovery interface. We aggregate public metadata and provide a player interface for Dailymotion videos. We do not host, modify, or original content.

3. Content Ownership

All audiovisual content remains the property of its original creators and Dailymotion. We respect IP rights and operate under Dailymotion's public API terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must engage with the site ethically. Any attempt to scrape, DDoS, or bypass player security is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as-is". We cannot guarantee 100% uptime as we depend on external APIs (Dailymotion).
